E A Poe (read a book)

Assignment: design a book cover for any Edgar Allen Poe book.
Although I have a certain appreciation for Poe's wordplay in "The Raven" visually i couldn't do anything with it(trust me I tried). So naturally my next choice was the "Tell Tale Heart" or is it the "Tall Tell" what ever. here are the thumbs and first comp.
